In our English lessons we have been looking at the book ‘Journey.' This is a lovely, wordless book which follows the journey of a lonely, little girl desperate for some friends and adventure.
Suggested Task
If you drew a red, magical door, where would it take you? What land would you stumble in to? What would it look like? We would love for you to draw the magic door and the fantasy land that exists beyond it. Use your knowledge of setting descriptions to write detailed descriptions of the land. Can you include similes?
