Class 4 have been busy putting the finishing touches on their amazing spider sculptures as part of their art unit on sculpture. Using skills they've built up over time such as rolling, folding and cutting, the children worked in small teams to bring their creepy creations to life!

The task wasn’t without its challenges, but we were so impressed with how the children showed resilience and perseverance to overcome tricky moments and keep going. It was also a great opportunity to practise their collaboration skills by listening, sharing ideas, and supporting each other every step of the way.

As well as being a lot of fun, this project gave everyone the chance to use their creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
