Y4 Llandudno Residential

This week, our Year 4 children enjoyed an exciting residential trip to Llandudno! They had a fantastic time exploring new places, learning new things and making wonderful memories with their friends.
During the trip, the children visited the Welsh Mountain Zoo, where they saw a wide variety of animals including penguins, monkeys and even a snow leopard. They also took part in an engaging workshop all about animals and their habitats, where they had the opportunity to explore fossils and animal bones.
The children also spent time at the beach, enjoying fun activities with their friends as well as completing some beach-inspired art work.
Another highlight of the trip was travelling on the tram up the Great Orme before exploring the fascinating Bronze Age mines, linking perfectly to their History learning in Year 3. They then enjoyed a walk to the top of the Orme, taking in the beautiful views.
To round off a wonderful trip, the children enjoyed a McDonald’s meal, which was certainly a crowd favourite!
All of the children represented the school brilliantly throughout the residential and we are extremely proud of their excellent behaviour and positive attitudes.
