Year 6 explored the pulse and beat in a range of musical pieces before moving on to improvise and compose their own short pieces using the glockenspiel. Working collaboratively, the children discussed and evaluated whether their compositions matched the intended pulse, demonstrating both creativity and critical thinking in the process.
